Caragia Winery is a boutique winery whose business principle is based on the idea of transmitting the product from hand to hand, sharing emotions. The winery's slogan is "Emotions bottled in limited editions."

Constantin Caragia has been involved in the wine industry for over 10 years, representing various suppliers of equipment, technologies, and oenological products. A few years ago, he set out to launch his own brand, which happened during the midst of the pandemic in the summer of 2020.

Caragia Winery is actually a family winery in which every member is involved. Constantin studied Wine Technology at the Technical University of Chișinău, while his wife, Tatiana, comes from the renowned Agrici family of winemakers. After completing university, Constantin had to choose between production and sales, ultimately opting for the latter. He began his career at the largest wine distributor in the HoReCa segment. After a few years in the field, Constantin became a representative of a French wine company in the Moldovan market, being responsible for organic products and winemaking equipment. Subsequently, the aspiring winemaker traveled around the world, visiting exhibitions and wineries, and becoming infected with the idea and motivation to open his own winery. This happened in 2012, but it took five years from the idea to its realization. Thus, in 2016, he harvested his first crop, and in June 2020, he launched the first wine.

"Beginnings are always beautiful. The excitement of discovery encourages us to move forward, fuels our curiosity and desire to persevere. But beyond the emotional value of new beginnings, for Caragia Winery, the beginning represented a solid investment in the quality of the winemaking process. We sought to blend tradition with innovation, starting from the choice of grapes and the right formula, and ending with state-of-the-art equipment and a production process that does not allow deviations from upholding supreme quality. All this is to ensure that those who savor our wine can enjoy a unique experience," states Constantin Caragia.
